About Dr. Badii

Dr. Badii received his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 1990. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Cornell University in 1993.  He subsequently finished his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York in 1996.

Dr. Badii has been in private practice since 1996.  He has performed over 30,000 endoscopies and colonoscopies and is an expert in complex and innovative endoscopic procedures such as Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS).

Dr. Badii’s areas of expertise include: colon cancer screening, acid reflux, Barrett’s esophogus, esophogeal cancer, IBS, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, ulcer disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, and diseases of the liver, gallbladder, bile ducts and pancreas.
